Dogs Bar Private Meeting and Screening Room
At Dogs Bar we know how important it can be to sometimes hold a meeting, presentation or seminar, "off-site" and away from the telephones and distractions of your office.
With state of the art audio visual (AV) equipment, you can project video, DVD, PowerPoint, Word, Excel or the website of your choice. We also provide you with tea & coffee making facilities for use at your own convenience throughout the day or we can prepare someting extra special for you.
Items that are included:
• Either 9.00am -12.00pm including lunch or lunch then 2.00pm - 5.00pm
• Meetings up to 16 people comfortably, 20 at a squeeze!
• Two course lunch provided in Dogs Bar or working lunch in the room
• Full AV facilities
• Morning tea & afternoon coffee provided in or outside the room
• Self-serve tea & coffee available in the room all day
• Own toilet facilities
• Smokers terrace immediately outside the room
• Lots of local options for break-out sessions
• Paper & pens provided
• Water & mints provided
• Free car parking nearby
• Beach is five minutes away - take your team for a walk!
• Wind down, at the end of the day, with a glass of wine in Dogs Bar, by the fires in winter or on the terraces in summer
Additional items below can be provided and will incur additional charges:
• Start early with a team breakfast for $35pp extra room available from 7.00am
• Dinner can be provided in the evening
• A more substantial lunch can be provided in the Private Dining Room
