Part-time chef-de-partie / kitchen hands
If you want to work in an environment that promotes the sourcing of local, seasonal ingredients, sustainable locally caught fresh fish species and ethically sourced meat, you've come to the right place. Most of our ingredients are delivered by the farmer that grows them! This certainly makes our 'back of house' processes a little more complicated, but we think it's worth the effort to find the very best ingredients. Volunteers - Event Producers
We're always looking for volunteers to get invovled in our arts programs. If you're interested in film, live music, cabaret, comedy, burlesque, poetry, storytelling, dancing, drama, circus arts, vintage markets and visual arts, then there's probably a place for you to help produce / organise / help with putting the 400+ events on every year. Volunteers get first place in the queue to get paid events work for private & corporate events involving entertainment. Interested?
