Front of house supervisor / duty manager - full time - check SEEK advertisement

Chef-de-partie - part-time - Monday to Thursday evenings 5-10/11pm - 20-25 hrs / wk

Dog's Bar is looking for an experienced chaf-de-partie to join our team, working with our full-time chefs preparing and deivering great pastas, risottos, steaks, fish and more to a highly regular customer base who come back becasue they love what we do. You'll work from 5pm Mondy to Thursday finishing between 10 and 11pm. There may be further shifts available at weekends, particularly for functions. Email me your resume.

Breakfast chef - 5 days - Friday through to Tuesday - Wednesday & Thursday off - 30-35 hrs / wk

The role is at our sister venue, Spuntino Cafe. We're looking for an experienced breakfast cook / chef, who finds getting up in the morning a pleasure not a chore. Somebody who can cook the perfect poached egg over and over and over again. Somebody who wants to be involved ina venue they are proud of. You have good skills, great standards of cleanliness & hygiene and you don't mind working hard.

Cafe supervisor / manager -sister venue - full-time - 45-55 hrs/wk - check SEEK advertisement

Ideally I'm looking for a manager to take complete responsibility for running & developing this great cafe in the heart & soul of St Kilda. We're taking the cafe on a journey of discovery to see if we cn source all ingredients and drinks from within 100 miles! This environmental focus will I am sure attract a candidate who has a passion for the environment, great coffee, amazing friendly service and alove of St Kilda.
