Comedy Shows & Open-mike Comedy at Dog's Bar every Thursday

Dog's Bar became involved in comedy back in 2004 when we opened our "private room" and ran three weeks of comedy shows during the 2004 Melbourne International Comedy Festival. This year we have started a regular Thursday night comedy show in our private room, with capacity limited to 40 people this is an "intimate audience experience". Starting probably by August, following the main show (ticketed), we will run an open-mike comedy night in the main bar of Dog's Bar. You never know who's going to get up and tell a joke. Maybe your cousin Bob or maybe one of Melbourne's better known comedian's trying out a few new jokes or sharing the pleasure of some old ones. Who-ever gets up, you'll have 5 minutes to show the audience what you can you do!
